We are seeking an Independent Sales Consultant in Italy to support the company's expansion within a strategic agricultural films market segment. This is a flexible independent consulting opportunity for an experienced plastics industry professional with an established network in Italy. The consultant will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Regional Director – EMEA, and the commercial team in Italy to support market development and customer engagement activities. The engagement will be structured around a flexible consulting arrangement with compensation aligned with business development outcomes. Major Responsibilities - Support the company's market expansion efforts within the Italian agricultural films sector.



- Leverage existing industry relationships to facilitate introductions and develop new commercial opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with film producers, converters, technical decision makers, and key industry stakeholders. - Identify customer needs and communicate relevant opportunities to the commercial and technical teams. - Support the evaluation of potential projects, applications, and target accounts. - Participate in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions, and follow-up activities as required. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support the development of opportunities from initial contact through project evaluation and commercial discussions.
