Location: Italy (Milan preferred) Gilcroft Global are partnering with a leading international renewable energy business committed to sustainable energy solutions and innovation. As part of its continued European growth, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive its expansion in the Italian wind energy market. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Italy and potentially other European countries. - Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with wind farm developers, utilities, IPPs, EPC contractors and strategic partners. - Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across the renewable energy sector.



- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and close. - Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and conferences. - Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements and market trends. Requirements - Proven business development and new business sales experience within the wind energy industry. - Strong network within the Italian renewable energy market. - Experience selling wind turbines, major wind components, renewable energy equipment or utility-scale infrastructure solutions. - Demonstrated success developing strategic customer relationships and winning complex, high-value projects. - Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and able to work independently in a growing international business. xivgfpx - Fluent Italian and English.
