pWe are looking for a bMarine Safety Superintendent /bwith experience in the tanker sector (oil/chemical and or gas). /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Department and onboard personnel to ensure compliance with international and company standards. /ppbr/ppbKey responsabilities: /b /pulliMonitor and ensure compliance with international maritime safety regulations (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL). /liliCoordinate safety activities on board, supporting Masters and crew members. /liliConduct internal audit, inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions. /liliCollaborate with technical and operational departments to promote a strong safety culture. /liliManage reporting and emergency plans, ensuring high operational standards. /liliDeliver training and awareness sessions for the crew on safety and prevention. /liliInvestigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities, developing recommendations for continuous improvement. /liliSupport the preparation and management of inspections carried out by maritime authorities and classification societies. /liliContribute to the development and updating of onboard procedures and safety manuals.
