(META) is required. /b Candidates must have direct prior experience supporting Meta data center operations, infrastructure, or related technical environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, racks, cabling, and related data center hardware. /li liPerform hardware installations, removals, replacements, upgrades, and repairs according to established procedures. /li liTroubleshoot server, network, power, connectivity, and hardware‑related issues. /li liPerform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. /li liManage rack‑and‑stack activities, including server deployment, cable management, labeling, and equipment removal. /li liFollow detailed technical procedures, work instructions, and data center standards. /li liUse ticketing and asset‑management systems to document work activities, equipment changes, incidents, and resolutions. /li liEscalate complex hardware, networking, or infrastructure issues to appropriate engineering or operations teams. /li liAssist with inventory management, equipment tracking, and asset reconciliation. /li liMaintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and infrastructure changes. /li liFollow all data center security, safety, access‑control, and environmental requirements. /li liWork collaboratively with data center operations,



network engineering, hardware engineering, facilities, and other technical teams. /li liParticipate in scheduled maintenance activities and, when required, respond to urgent infrastructure issues. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libPrevious experience working directly for Meta (META) in a data center or related technical infrastructure environment is required. /b /li liDemonstrated hands‑on data center technician or hardware infrastructure experience. /li liExperience working with servers, networking equipment, structured cabling, racks, and related hardware. /li liStrong hardware troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. /li liExperience using ticketing systems and documenting technical work. /li liAbility to follow detailed technical procedures and safety requirements. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently. /li liAbility to lift, move, and install data center equipment as required. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced, highly structured data center environment. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience supporting large‑scale hyperscale data center environments. /li liPrevious experience with Meta data center tools, procedures, systems, or operational standards. /li liExperience with Linux or other server operating systems. /li liBasic networking knowledge, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber, copper, and network hardware.

The technician may be required to work on their feet for extended periods, work around operating equipment, climb ladders or work in equipment aisles, and occasionally lift or move heavy equipment.
