Reporting directly to the Strategic Distribution Development Manager, this role is responsible for developing the business and driving sales growth across the Italian market through the management and acquisition of B2B customers.The position requires a strong presence in the field, with regular customer visits aimed at maintaining existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening Blupura's market presence.Main AccountabilitiesPresent and promote Blupura products and solutionsManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closureNegotiate commercial terms in line with company policiesEnsure achievement of assigned sales, margin, and customer development targetsGather market intelligence and provide feedback to support the development of commercial strategiesIdentify growth opportunities and new business areasMaintain accurate and timely records of commercial activities within the company CRM systemUse Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) to monitor sales KPIs, performance,



and business development opportunitiesTravel frequently across Italy to visit existing customers and prospectsParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored commercial initiativesRequirements3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales rolesPrevious experience in industrial sectors, durable goods, plant engineering, HoReCa, beverage equipment, or related industries is preferredGood knowledge of CRM systemsAbility to use reporting and data analysis tools, such as Power BI or equivalent platformsGood command of the English languageStrong results-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh willingness to travel extensively within Italy to meet existing and prospective customersBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €40,000 - €45,000Annual Performance Premio (MBO): Up to 10% of the annual base salary, linked to the achievement of agreed sales and business development targets.Company Car: Fully expensed company car provided, available for both business and private use.
