The role focuses on expanding market share across new building and in-service segments while strengthening strategic relationships with shipowners, shipyards, designers and all related key stakeholders. /p pThe resource will have the responsibility on the following activities: /p ul liWork closely with MO Italy Monaco Director in the growth, development and execution of the Marine and Offshore strategy, including matters related to market access, expanding the market share, participation in tenders projects and local capability build-up; /li liProvide leadership and guidance on commercial matters to related marine stakeholders, business unit managers and Italy commercial team, foster a cohesive commercial environment to ensure high level of commercial presence; /li liEngage with the Area and Region Marine and Offshore teams to bring support to the local business development initiatives; /li liIdentify, develop opportunities and formulate local strategies to grow Marine and Offshore wind activities; /li liDevelop and grow close relationship with Clients and Prospects; /li liMonitor and lead the pursuit and contracting of large Marine and Offshore opportunities; /li liSecure effective cooperation between Industry Facilities and Marine Offshore stakeholders, when necessary, for efficient sales and key account management; /li liEnsure compliance with Group, Marine Offshore commercial guidelines and procedures. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience using Salesforce CRM systems in a structured sales environment; /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent; /li li10+ years work experience in marine related industry, of which 5 years in commercial and managerial capacity; /li liPossess strong commercial, networking, negotiation and influencing skills; /li liAbility to inspire and motivate stakeholders; /li liHigh resilience and motivation; /li liHaving a change mindset to create opportunities for tomorrow.
