/li liPassion and strong knowledge of beauty fragrances categories. /li liLeadership and coaching skills, with the ability to elevate team performance. /li liData-Driven mindset with solid understanding of KPIs. /li liCommitment to fostering an inclusive environment and leveraging Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. /li liHigh cross-cultural agility, with the ability to adapt communication and leadership style to diverse teams and clients. /li liMake-up Artist certification is considered a plus. /li liFluent spoken English expected.
