Your Responsibilities:

HR Service Delivery
Manage HR Processes (hire to retire) ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, completion of required documentation,



payroll input preparation and accurate employee records in Workday and SAP.
Manage country specific local processes, verifying requests and documentation and ensuring recording for payroll and compliance.
Manage and maintain employee documentation following company and legal requirements (creation, retention, and deletion).
Resolve HR inquiries submitted through Workday Help accurately and within defined SLAs and quality standards, to ensure positive employee experience.
Identify owner for out-of-scope inquiries received in Workday Help and connect with relevant service team to ensure smooth resolution.
Update and maintain process documentation (SOP) in a timely manner and actively share knowledge.
Employee & Manager Support Act as first point of contact providing clear guidance on HR policy and processes across core HR areas (e.g., hiring & onboarding, data changes, time & leave, separations, benefits,
