Reporting to the Spa Manager and the Spa Head Therapist, you are responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized spa treatments designed to promote deep relaxation, wellbeing, and emotional balance. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a transformative and restorative spa journey by tailoring treatments, offering expert product recommendations, and maintaining the impeccable standards of comfort, serenity, and luxury that characterize our Spa.
You will guide guests through our Spa Treatment Menu, provide thoughtful and customized suggestions for therapies and home-care rituals, respond to a wide range of guest requests with professionalism and warmth, and ensure that all treatment rooms are perfectly prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each service. Your role is fundamental to creating memorable wellness experiences rooted in care, authenticity, and excellence.
