To take our company to the next level, we're looking for a VP of Technology & Product to lead the next chapter of our Technology & Product organisation.
We're looking for a technically credible, product-minded leader who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and leads with trust, strong leadership and low ego.
Reporting to the COO, you'll lead Engineering, Product and Design across an organisation of ~50 people, bringing these disciplines together around a shared strategy while empowering their respective leaders.




You'll also play a key role in driving Unobravo's responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to create meaningful value while ensuring innovation remains grounded in clinical integrity, user trust, safety and regulatory requirements.

The Essentials
Preferred Location: Milan-based. As a senior leadership role, we expect regular in-person presence in our Milan office (2/3 days/week) recognising the value of face-to-face collaboration at this level.
Salary range: Starting from €100,000 gross annual base salary, with the final package determined based on experience and scope, in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices.
