The job is simple to describe and hard to do: help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property. You find them, earn their trust, show them the market, and close their deals.

In 2013 I was a fresh graduate in Barcelona, and nobody was calling me back. My father, newly retired after twenty years flying for Emirates, was buying an apartment in Dubai. He asked the brokerage for a favour: would they give his son an interview?

They did. I flew out, started from zero, and never left. Twelve years later,

Being straight with you
Commission only means exactly that: no salary. Some agents reach a stable income in their first couple of months; others need longer. That is why we recommend around six months of savings — runway to learn the market and build your pipeline properly. After that there is no ceiling: 50-70% commission, paid daily.
