Your mission as the Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- You have minimum 2 years of experience,



working as a service or maintenance technician
- Technical school background
- Basic knowledge of English

Starting from a gross annual salary of Euro 30.000 and a contractual classification at Level IV of the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector (CCNL Commercio). The gross annual salary and the contractual classification level may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience in similar roles.
