GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer Italy (m/f/d) for a remote role in Italy. You will provide Level 2 technical support to customers and assist local Level 1 hotline teams with escalated issues, while training the L1 team for continuous improvement.
You will work with our Europe regional team to support sales growth and maintain customer loyalty. A typical day includes collaborating with distribution and installation partners, delivering training sessions, and coordinating with headquarters
