Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Total Reward Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team.The role contributes to the design, implementation, and management of global HR and reward initiatives to support the overall employee experience and organizational goals.In particular, you will:Conduct job evaluations and role mappings using established banding systems.Partner with the global HR community to develop and maintain internal wage benchmarks,



contributing to the continuous evolution of the Global Total Reward Strategy and ensuring alignment of reward practices with company values and business objectives.Design, implement, and maintain Global compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, variable pay, equity, and employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness, recognition).

Perform market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

Support the execution of global Performance Management and Salary Review processes, participating in annual compensation reviews and premio administration in line with global and local policies.Develop and maintain Global HR KPI dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Prepare reports and analyses to support data-driven decisions and identify reward trends and opportunities.Support the coordination and administration of global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax requirement
