Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the 2027 season.
You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsabilities:
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and support the restaurant team.
- Deliver personalised and attentive guest service.
- Coordinate effectively with the culinary team.
- Monitor service quality, standards, and inventory.
- 2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
- Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria);
