The Role

As Curriculum Leader, you’ll be the pedagogical guide of the service — supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every child’s voice and potential.
Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation.
Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community.
Facilitate professional development and critical reflection.
Partner with families and community to extend learning.
Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness.
