Club Joy is looking for someone who knows how to turn great experiences into high-performing OTA listings.

We organize creative and artisanal experiences across Italy.

Glassblowing with masters in Murano. Espresso workshops with top coffeliers. Pasta making with Michelin-starred chefs.

We are already present on platforms including GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com and Airbnb Experiences.

Now we are looking for someone who can take full ownership of these channels and help us significantly increase bookings.

→ What you will do

You will manage and optimize Club Joy’s presence across our main OTA channels.

You will be responsible for the entire process, from publishing new experiences to improving the commercial performance of existing listings.

You will:
- create, publish and continuously improve listings across GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com and Airbnb Experiences
- optimize titles, descriptions, images, categories, keywords, itineraries, inclusions, options and pricing
- ensure that availability, cancellation policies and operational information are always accurate




- identify why certain experiences are performing and why others are not
- monitor views, conversion rates, bookings, cancellations, reviews and revenue by channel
- test improvements and turn performance data into concrete actions
- manage relationships with OTA account managers and proactively identify new opportunities
- coordinate with our experience, operations and content teams to collect everything needed to create exceptional listings
- stay updated on changes to OTA policies, algorithms, tools and best practices
- build simple and clear reporting to show what is working, what is not and what should happen next

During your first months, we expect you to:
- review and optimize all priority Club Joy listings
- create clear quality standards for every new listing
- identify the main opportunities and problems across each OTA
- build a simple performance dashboar
