Manager to join our Milan-based Solid Oncology Market Access Team. The HEMAR Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing Market Access strategies in Italy, ensuring optimal and timely patient access for both in-market products and pipeline assets.
Drive the development and execution of Market Access strategies tailored to the Italian healthcare system, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
Lead health economic evaluations (e.g. Monitor Italian market access landscape (policies, competitors, payer dynamics) to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Regional/Global teams
Translate evidence into actionable insights to inform payer discussions and access strategy
