This is not a corporate marketing role.

It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who wants real ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape how a modern luxury hotel is seen and experienced.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Digital & Visual Communications — a visually fluent, highly confident individual who will define and lead how La Serena is presented across all digital and public-facing platforms.

This role owns La Serena’s visual language, digital presence, and narrative coherence, spanning:
- website and booking-facing content,
- social media and editorial storytelling,
- presentations, PDFs,



and brand materials,
- photography, video, and seasonal campaigns,
- event and experiential communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine the La Serena website: structure, layout, sequencing, and visual rhythm
- Lead social media direction with a strong, consistent aesthetic and narrative voice (not trend-driven noise)
- Define and maintain the hotel’s visual language across all materials:invitations, announcements, menus, events, presentations, and guest-facing communications
- Translate the hotel’s ethos — understated luxury, atmosphere, and place — into clear visual stories
- Capture content on property: rooms, gardens, food, guests, moments, and seasonal shifts
- Edit video content or manage photographers, videographers, and creatives as needed
- Work closely with ownership and management on positioning, messaging, and long-term brand direction
