About the Role

As a Service Manager Utility, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all service activities related to Sigenergy utility-scale and C&I;, energy storage and photovoltaic solutions. You will ensure the highest levels of system performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Service Operations Management

• Develop and improve regional service strategies, processes and procedures
• Coordinate commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with service standards, safety regulations and contractual obligations
• Act as escalation point for critical technical issues and customer incidents

Customer and Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with utility customers, EPCs and O&M; providers
• Lead customer service reviews and performance meetings
• Support commercial teams during project execution and post-sales activities

Technical Support and Service Excellence

• Provide leadership for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Product Management,



R&D; and Global Service teams
• Monitor fleet performance and identify reliability improvements

Training and Capability Development

• Develop and deliver technical training programs
• Support certification and qualification of service partners
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track KPIs such as response time, resolution time, system availability and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports for regional management and headquarters

Health, Safety and Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Sigenergy HSE requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in utility-scale PV, BESS or power conversion systems
