INTERNATIONAL BACK OFFICE:
Your daily responsibilities:
Within the Sales Department, your goal will be to manage the order flow and build effective relationships with international partners. Specifically, you will:
Manage the order process: From weekly planning through to order fulfilment, you will monitor the entire delivery process to ensure that Customer requirements are consistently met.
Act as the link with international partners: You will manage daily commercial flows between suppliers and Customers, including order entry and the timely management of complaints and quantity changes.
Support suppliers: You will assist and monitor suppliers, updating delivery plans and following seasonal product schedules.
Monitor the commercial flow: You will manage supporting reports and take care of the preparation and filing of commercial documentation.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset will enable you to anticipate future scenarios and manage unforeseen events while minimizing their impact




Your expertise in Excel will help the team streamline operational procedures
Your interpersonal skills will improve relationships with business partners and teamwork

Relevant academic qualifications and/or prior experience in similar roles (international back office, import/export, logistics), preferably in the food or retail sector, will be considered a plus.

Gross annual salary: €23.320 - €28.000, with the possibility of offering higher pay

Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience, technical and language skills, and level of autonomy.
