We are looking for a Steward who takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for every service. With your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment behind the scenes, you will support the kitchen team by ensuring that dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas are always clean and ready to use. Your contribution creates the foundation for a smooth and efficient kitchen operation at AMA Stay.

Tasks

- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Washing and maintaining kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily preparation and operational tasks
- Ensuring correct waste separation and responsible handling of resources
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards according to company guidelines
- Supporting the smooth flow of service through efficient organisation
- Assisting with deliveries, storage, and organisation of supplies




- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and ready for the team

Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or service environment is an advantage
- Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Flexibility and ability to stay calm during busy service periods
- Sense of responsibility and pride in your work
- Languages: Basic knowledge of English, German and/or Italian
