Office Service Srl is looking for an Order Processing Assistant to join its team in Lacchiarella.
The role focuses on the accurate handling of customer orders from the initial request through to the completion of the related administrative steps. You will work with colleagues across the business to keep order information clear, complete and up to date.
Main areas of responsibility
- Receive and enter incoming orders into the relevant systems
- Check order details for completeness and accuracy
- Update order information when changes are requested
- Prepare and maintain documents connected with customer orders
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status and requirements
- Follow up on pending information or unresolved order details
- Keep records updated throughout the order process
- Assist with routine enquiries related to orders and deliveries
- Report discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team member
The role requires a careful and consistent approach, particularly when working with customer information, quantities, dates and other order details.
Previous experience with order administration, data entry, customer service or a similar office-based function would be useful. More importantly, you should be comfortable working with structured information and following established procedures.
Good computer skills and familiarity with everyday office software are expected. Clear communication, accuracy and the ability to manage your workload independently will be important in the position.
