We are hiring a full-time Student-Athlete Operations & Performance Coordinator to manage academic alignment, and daily performance logistics for high-level student-athletes. This is an administrative and operational role responsible for driving accountability, schedule compliance, and dual-career execution across our athletic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dual-Career Logistics & Operations: Coordinate and track daily schedules to align intensive athletic training with academic commitments.
- Academic & Schedule Oversight: Monitor daily attendance, assignment submission, and compliance within international online education platforms (Saudi curriculum).
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Conduct structured daily and weekly individual check-ins to monitor workload, assess performance metrics, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary operational link between coaching staff, academic tutors, athletes, and administrative teams.
- Conflict Resolution & Compliance:



Identify performance drops or schedule conflicts early and implement corrective action plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in sports management, athletic administration, or youth performance organizations.
- Native or professional fluency in Arabic and French is required (Italian or French is a strong asset).
- Strong background in operational planning, logistics, and data tracking.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance sports environments.
