Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will advance ABB's Sales & Operations Planning and connect it with Sales & Operations Execution, aligning Demand and Supply Planning to improve global fulfillment.
You'll drive the monthly planning drumbeat, engage stakeholders, and design a deployable S&OP; process with a strong focus on implementation and change management.
You will work across units to raise planning performance, KPIs, and governance, making the supply chain more responsive and predictable.
This is a hands?on, cross?functional leadership position with a clear impact on global customer service.
Lead unit-specific and cross?unit projects to improve On?Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time, and Plan Accuracy
Design and implement the S&OP; process from an operations perspective, emphasizing Supply Planning and reconciliation
Manage stakeholders and define roles within the S&OP; process
Govern the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat, KPIs, and reporting
Develop the S&OE; process and connect S&OE; with S&OP;
Facilitate the Supply Planning drumbeat, reviews, and approvals to balance demand and supply
Identify and propose projects to elevate internal planning using SAP MM, SAP PP, and an advanced planning tool
Perform standard and ad hoc analyses on S&OP;/S&OE; metrics and root?cause issues




Act as SME for S&OP; and S&OE;, share best practices, and conduct cross?unit assessments
Build competencies through training and coaching of the Planning & Fulfillment community
Facilitate fit?gap analyses of IBP?related IS tools and support deployment of standard IS solutions for Planning & Fulfillment
Provide professional support for users
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment
Proven track record in S&OP; implementation and improvement
Strong expertise in Planning and Disposition, S&OP;, and Execution domains
Experience in Supply Planning
Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and WM
Knowledge of advanced planning tools (SAP APO, Anaplan, or equivalents)
Experience with Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Strong cross?functional leadership with limited formal authority
Customer?focused, action?oriented, and structured approach
Cultural awareness and ability to operate in a global organization
Strong English communication, consulting, and facilitation skills
