Building on the analytical and cross‑functional coordination foundations of the current logistics role, this position expands accountability for transaction management and inventory reconciliation, while making communication and support of other divisions a core expectation. /p /brbr/ /brbKey Responsibilities: /b /brh3EU UK 3PL Transportation Operations /h3 /brul /brliManage EU and UK 3PL and transportation operations, ensuring service, delivery, and cost KPIs are consistently achieved. /li /brliOversee daily logistics execution across inbound, outbound, transfers, urgent requests, and peak periods. /li /brliDrive resolution of operational issues with warehouses, freight forwarders, and parcel carriers, including DHL and DPD. /li /brliCoordinate factory pickups and transportation flows in partnership with Production teams and external logistics providers. /li /brliEnsure accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation and transportation processes. /li /br /ul /brh3Inventory Transaction Management /h3 /brul /brliOversee logistics transactions across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems, ensuring timely and accurate inventory movements. /li /brliLead inventory reconciliation activities across EU and UK operations, including discrepancy investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. /li /brliMaintain inventory controls to improve stock accuracy, reduce variances, and support audit readiness.



/li /br /ul /brh3Cross‑Functional Operations Support /h3 /brul /brliAct as the primary logistics contact for wholesale, retail, finance, production, development, warehouse, and Head Office teams. /li /brliCommunicate operational risks, delays, constraints, and recovery plans in a timely and effective manner. /li /brliSupport business functions with logistics insights related to lead times, inventory allocation, transfers, and operational impacts. /li /br /ul /brh3Continuous Improvement Reporting /h3 /brul /brliIdentify and implement process improvements across logistics operations, reporting, and controls. /li /brliDevelop and maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and reporting standards. /li /brliMonitor logistics KPIs and provide actionable insights to support operational efficiency and cost improvement initiatives. /li /br /ul /brbRequirements Skills: /b /brul /brliProven experience in EU and/or UK logistics operations within retail/omnichannel and/or luxury apparel, with demonstrated ownership of execution and service levels. /li /brliStrong background in inventory control, transaction integrity, and reconciliation (WMS/ERP plus 3PL coordination). /li /brliExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; highly detail oriented and process‑driven. /li /brliStrong relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners; confident communicator. /li /brliOrganized, dependable, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment. /li /brliBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li /brliAbility to travel regularly within Europe, including routine visits to 3PL sites in Italy and London (UK). /li /br /ul /brbr/ /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
