Overviewwe are looking for an integrated business planning application coordinator to join the integrated planning team at our headquarters in milan.your impactgovern the board platform and ensure its continuous evolution supporting enterprise planning processes (financial, sales, collection, distribution, cross-channel reporting).act as the primary it point of contact for board solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners.analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the board platform.design, configure, develop, test and maintain board applications for planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.manage the application lifecycle: roadmap planning, enhancements, production releases and documentation.coordinate system integrators and external vendors, ensuring delivery, quality and budget compliance.lead testing activities (sit, e2e, uat) and handle incident resolution,



problem management and troubleshooting.support finance, planning, merchandising and business operations teams in digital transformation projects, user training and post-go-live support.qualificationsdegree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.5-8 years of experience with board or other enterprise planning platforms (e.g., anaplan, o9, rpas).strong knowledge of enterprise planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics and performance management.proven experience in it project delivery, vendor coordination and stakeholder collaboration.analytical, organized, results-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.experience in international and multicultural environments.
