Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40–$44/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English.
- Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.




- Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

- Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
