/ppbr/ppbYour role /b /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate has a genuine technical background and is able to understand /pparchitecture, engineering constraints, system integrations and technical trade-offs well /ppenough to challenge decisions and drive them forward.
/ppYou will work closely with senior developers, architects, product teams, vendors and /ppbusiness stakeholders, taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems from /ppdefinition through execution.
/ppThe role initially operates as a senior individual contributor position, with potential /ppevolution toward a Product Owner or similar role depending on experience and aspirations.
/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliTake ownership of large, ambiguous technical transformation initiatives from initial definition through delivery.
/liliBreak complex technical problems into clear, executable workstreams.
/liliCoordinate and align engineering teams, architects, product teams,



vendors and multiple business entities.
/liliWork directly with technical teams to understand architecture, dependencies, integrations and implementation constraints.
/liliChallenge technical designs, assumptions, estimates and proposed solutions when necessary.
/liliEvaluate technical trade-offs and support sound decision-making.
/liliIdentify risks, dependencies and scalability issues before they become blockers.
/liliDrive alignment across teams and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
/liliEnsure initiatives achieve a concrete technical outcome rather than simply tracking plans and milestones.
/liliSupport platform standardization, system integration and large-scale technology rollouts where relevant.
/liliOperate effectively in situations where requirements or solutions are initially unclear.
/liliFluent English required.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliStrong previous experience in a technical career path, such as: Software Engineering / Development; Solution or Software Architecture; Systems Engineering; Technical Integration Platform Engineering; Similar hands-on technical roles /liliStrong understanding of technical dependencies, integration challenges, scalability and implementation trade-offs.
/liliProduction coding is not required,



but the technical foundation must be sufficiently strong to challenge engineering decisions independently.
/liliTransformation Delivery /liliProven experience owning complex technical initiatives end to end.
/liliExperience working across multiple systems, teams, vendors or organizational entities.
/liliStrong ability to decompose large technical problems into manageable workstreams.
/liliExperience driving decisions and execution in highly cross-functional environments.
/liliComfortable working with significant ambiguity and evolving requirements.
/liliStakeholder Management /liliStrong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical /lilistakeholders.
