The position contributes to the efficiency and sustainability of production activities, supporting decision-making and process optimization in close collaboration with Production, the Technical Department, and Finance.br/ bYOUR TASKS /b /pullibIndustrial Costing Production Performance /bbr/Analyze and monitor industrial costs and production performance, managing standard costs and variance analysis.
/lilibProduction Technical Data Management /bbr/Manage and update production technical data, including BOMs, production cycles, and master data, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.
/lilibOperational Efficiency Continuous Improvement /bbr/Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
/lilibESG Operational Sustainability /bbr/Manage ESG reporting activities by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating relevant operational data.

/li /ul bEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS /bulliDegree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or in Economics with a strong industrial focus.
/lilibTechnical and Analytical Skills /bbr/Experience in industrial cost control, variance analysis, margin analysis, and the use of ERP/MRP systems, including BOMs, routings, and production data.
/lilibSoft Skills and Role Approach /bbr/Strong analytical mindset, data orientation, and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative approach and effective communication across both technical and financial topics.
