Product Marketing Specialist Product Line Secondary for BL Switchgear

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you will drive market and profitability analyses to support the Global Secondary Switchgear Product Marketing team, focusing on gas- and air-insulated products. You’ll collaborate with factories and sales units to implement strategic marketing initiatives and grow the business across Regions/Countries. You will propagate value propositions and drive customer-centric initiatives within the organization, contributing to global product marketing content and portfolio strategies. This is a global, hybrid role with Europe as a preferred location to ensure strong stakeholder collaboration.

- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Contribute to business plans for new product developments or homologations
- Manage global demand monitoring and allocation via Power BI dashboards and cross-factory data coordination




- Maintain and consolidate the global pipeline and align stakeholders across key countries
- Support development of product marketing content and strategic messaging for internal/external communications
- Collaborate with channel partners (OEMs, Panel Builders, Distributors) on portfolio strategies
- Strong track record in marketing innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
- Degree in mechanical, electrical or management engineering with business experience in switchgear or electrical components
- Customer focus across multiple countries, markets or products
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork across the organization
- Independent, mature, self-motivated, fast learner, adaptable with good listening skills
- Empathic, strong communication skills to drive topics with stakeholders
