Fieldfisher is seeking a Mid Associate to join our Banking & Finance team in Milan. The successful candidate will have 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on corporate finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and securitisation matters.
Experience in derivatives and financial regulation is a plus. You will work closely with the Partner Head of the practice, contribute to growth, and advise domestic and international clients on complex transactions.
