**Product Strategy Leadership**: Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals, customer requirements, and emerging market trends. **Cross Functional Team Management**:



Lead collaboration between engineering, product operations, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. **Development Oversight**: Manage the end to end product lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and post release analysis. **Operational Excellence**: Improve workflows, streamline development processes, and implement best practices that increase efficiency, scalability, and product quality. **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Present project updates, strategic initiatives, and performance insights to senior leadership and external business partners. **Customer Focus**: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. **Team Leadership and Mentorship**: Support and mentor product managers, development leads, and operational teams while building a strong collaborative culture. **What We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in product development, technology operations, or digital product management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to lead cross functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast paced environments. **Technical Understanding**: Experience working closely with software engineering teams, agile development methodologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise technology solutions. **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present strategic ideas clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions. **Mindset**: You are strategic, adaptable, and execution focused.
