This position is open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to develop their expertise in solar and energy storage technologies.
/ppYou will provide technical support for HYXi's product portfolio, including microinverters, balcony energy storage systems, residential energy storage systems, and commercial industrial energy storage solutions.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide remote and on-site technical support to customers, installers, distributors, and sales teams in Italy.
/liliSupport product installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
/liliDiagnose technical issues and coordinate with HYXi's RD and product teams in China to deliver effective solutions.
/liliConduct product and technical training for customers and partners.
/liliPrepare and localize technical documents, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
/liliCollect customer feedback and field information to support product improvement.
/liliAssist with technical demonstrations, exhibitions, customer visits, and pilot projects.
/liliMaintain clear records of technical cases and follow up until issues are resolved.




/liliTravel within Italy when required.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
/liliRecent graduates are welcome to apply; graduates from Politecnico di Milano or other relevant technical universities are particularly encouraged.
/liliNative or bilingual proficiency in Chinese.
/liliProfessional proficiency in Italian, with the ability to use Italian as a working language.
/liliWorking proficiency in English is preferred.
/liliBasic understanding of photovoltaic systems, power electronics, batteries, inverters, or energy storage systems is an advantage.
/liliStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
/liliWillingness to learn and develop in the solar and energy storage industry.
/liliAbility to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
/liliWillingness to travel; a valid driving licence is preferred.
