H26/168 /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongThe role /strong /ppThe Group Chief Accounting plays a key role in ensuring that accounting activities across all Group companies operate effectively and consistently. In particular, the selected candidate will be involved in the following activities: /ppbr / /pulliBe responsible for Consolidated Financial Statements and monthly reporting packages. /liliBe responsible for Yearly Financial Statements of the Group Financial Statement package. /liliBe in charge for the completion and circulation of the Accounting Principles and Procedures. /liliMake Company Accounting reliable, auditable and careful of the risk factors and ensure the correct implementation of the Group accounting system. /liliSupport the creation of accounting strategies to maximize profits. /liliOversee General Ledger functions; br / assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices. /liliPut in place financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance. /liliAct as a liaison to external auditing firms, while owning primary responsibility for the Company’s views on technical accounting matters. /liliCollaborate with FPA to improve reporting quality and with Tax to improve accounting treatment of Taxes.



/liliCoordinate the European Administrative Shared Service Center and Be the focal point for tax matters both internally and externally. /liliManage Group direct and indirect tax compliance for multiple tax jurisdictions through liaison with internal finance teams and external advisor. /liliManage relationships with Italian tax agency, supported by external advisors. /liliTake responsibility for the Group Transfer Pricing policy including support to the business with implementation. /liliPrepare Group IFRS tax provisions for group audit and tax forecasting. /liliReview local Tax returns and verify the respect of due dates (supported by local consultant). /liliAnalyze and manage the government incentive system including 4.0 industry. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields. /liliAt least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, with increasing responsibilities. /liliExperience in multinational or complex organizational environments is strongly preferred. /liliSolid knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and Group reporting processes. /liliFluency in English; br / a second language is considered a plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppThe compensation package includes access to a company-sponsored car rental scheme. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongHuman Value /strong si occupa di attività di strongExecutive Search Selection /strong (Aut.
