Support the Supply Planning team to optimize cover
Manage stock between different overflow warehouses
Monitor and manage risks of bad goods and out-of-stock situations
Collaborate with Warehouse, DSP and Customer Service teams to ensure product availability
Monitor KPIs against agreed targets for service, cover and inventory
Use SAP R/3 and SAP APO to run supply-planning analyses and checks for Coman and intermarket factories
Monitor KPI achievement according to agreed timings
Maintain strong connections with Warehouse, Demand Planning and Customer Service
Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to increase operational performance
Improve job performance and develop new skills
Requirements Undergraduates or graduates in Management engineering or equivalent
Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies
Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations
Good knowledge of Excel
Good knowledge of Power BI
SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and relational skills
Proactive collaboration with an innovative and constructive approach
Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis
Fluent English and Italian
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations, with a strong focus on optimizing inventory and product availability through effective collaboration and analytical skills. Proficient in using SAP R/3, SAP APO, Excel, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and enhance operational performance.
