ensuring contractual obligations are met while maximising commercial performance from project commencement through to final account. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liLead the commercial delivery of a major Data Centre project from pre-construction through to final account. /li liManage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring payment processes align with subcontract agreements and procurement terms. /li liAdminister contractual obligations while supporting both project and client-specific commercial requirements. /li liPrepare and submit accurate monthly applications for payment, including remeasures, variations, dayworks, change orders and contractual claims. /li liIdentify and manage commercial risks, ensuring timely reporting and escalation to senior leadership. /li liDevelop, manage and maintain project budgets, cost plans, BOQs, profit plans and commercial forecasts. /li liLead commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams, providing detailed cost and performance reporting. /li liManage and agree variations, compensation events, dayworks and change control processes. /li liWork closely with Project Managers and Planning Engineers to ensure commercial reporting accurately reflects project progress and programme performance. /li liMonitor labour, material and subcontract costs, identifying potential escalations and opportunities for cost optimisation. /liliMaintain robust commercial records and supporting documentation to underpin project reporting and account settlements. /li liSupport contract administration activities and ensure compliance with project and company governance procedures. /li liNegotiate effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors to achieve favourable commercial outcomes. /li liProvide leadership and commercial guidance to project teams while driving best practice throughout project delivery.
