What you'll be doing New Business Line Leadership - Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase.

Consumer-Facing Experience - Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into Satispay. Cross-functional Alignment - Act as a strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision.

Product

Definition & Documentation - Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection. Data-Driven Optimization - Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities.

Process

Evangelism & Mentorship - Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery. Who we're looking for Product Experience - 5+ years as a Product Manager,



including at least 3 years specifically within the Credit domain. Launch & Growth Track Record - Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.

Financial & Analytical Skills - Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics.

Stakeholder

Management - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance).

Language
