Role Summary:

As Sales Planning Leader you will provide the organization with forecasting activities, continously improving the accuracy of the analysis. You will guarantee monthly, yearly and mid-long term forecasting and reporting.

We want you to:

Industry analysis and forecast

- Ensure automotive Industry analysis, planning, forecast trends, monitoring: monthly projection and annual forecast and related reporting

Business Planning
- Arrange macroeconomics analysis and outlook, Automotive Industry analysis and forecasting, Hyundai Sales volume setting
- Support in Business Planning process: scheduling of the activities, collection of material from other departments, finalization and presentation to Top Management
- Manage Rest of the Year and Operating Plan Forecast processes and rundown preparation
- Support Business Strategy department & Top Management in the definition of Short and Mid-Term strategy

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and coordinate Business Reviews presentation




- Prepare ad hoc reports according to business needs
- Unrae contract renewal management

About you:

- Strong understanding of the automotive market and sales dynamics.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex analyses and deliver clear, impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders
