DRIVE YOUR FUTURE The candidate will work within the R&D; team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.

Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs ing from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.

Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.

Soft Skills :



Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques, a preference for data-driven decision making.

Hard skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software. Basic skills in Python are appreciated.
