Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Purchasing Intern.

You will join the Purchasing Team and gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing analytics. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, developing key skills in data harmonization, supplier performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and multicultural context.

Main Activities

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

- Harmonizing procurement spending data classifications (Material Groups and Industry Codes) and updating the related databases.
- Managing vendor rating campaigns, including launch, monitoring, data collection, and reporting activities.




- Supporting the management of Purchase Orders and monitoring purchasing savings against European targets.
- Handling supplier qualification processes and tender activities through the Synertrade platform.
- Analyzing procurement data and preparing reports to support purchasing decision-making processes.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
