Teleflex is seeking an Area Centro Sales Leader in Italy to drive the performance of the Urology Care and Homecare teams, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and market leadership. You will lead both direct and indirect sales, including Key Account Management, with a focus on building a high-performing sales culture.
You will coach field teams, develop accounts, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, CMA and Sales to optimize the portfolio.
