Overview

In this role you will drive digital transformation within the Infrastructure team, aligning initiatives with broader digital strategies. You’ll design and implement AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics to support engineering and project execution. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, while coaching the team and ensuring governance and data management. Responsabilità

- Provide technical leadership for digital transformation within Infrastructure and across the broader engineering organization
- Act as primary digital focal point for Infrastructure, identifying opportunities to automate and digitalize engineering and project processes
- Collaborate with PEO Digital Leader to align initiatives with wider digital strategies and governance
- Engage with engineering and digital technology stakeholders to understand needs and develop digital use cases
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, define use cases and support business case development
- Design, build, implement and continuously improve digital tools, automation, dashboards, reporting, and AI-enabled applications
- Develop solutions directly where appropriate and coordinate with internal teams and external providers for complex tasks
- Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities in AI, data analytics, low-code/no-code platforms, automation
- Support integration and interoperability of engineering tools and digital platforms




- Drive adoption of digital solutions through stakeholder engagement, training and change management
- Ensure governance, cybersecurity and data management across solution lifecycles
- Monitor effectiveness through metrics, data analysis and user feedback for optimization
- Communicate progress, risks, opportunities and outcomes to leadership
- Coach and mentor team members on digital technologies and best practices
- Support infrastructure team activities related to templates, configuration management and requisition execution as needed

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's Degree in a technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development, system integrations and data management
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, ML, automation or related digital solutions
- Experience developing or managing digital solutions supporting engineering or business processes
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and technology adoption
- Comfort with dynamic environments and multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code tools (Power Platform, Power BI, Share Point, Copilot) beyond theory
- Basic familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages preferred for AI automation
- Experience working with software developers, Digital Technology organizations, system integrators or external providers
- Understanding of engineering processes, product lifecycle management or project execution
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
