This role supports equipment reliability, production continuity, safety compliance, and maintenance performance targets through the coordination of maintenance operations, technical resources, and cross-functional collaboration. /p /br /brh3How You Will Make An Impact /h3 /brul /brliSupervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for technicians across assigned shifts. /li /brliEnsure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. /li /brliPrioritize maintenance work orders based on production requirements, equipment criticality, and operational needs. /li /brliMonitor maintenance quality and verify the proper completion and documentation of all maintenance activities. /li /brliSupport equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and machine restart efforts. /li /brliEnsure the effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, lubrication programs, and equipment adjustments. /li /brliCoordinate breakdown response activities and lead efforts to restore equipment availability quickly and safely.



/li /brliAssist with root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures. /li /brliAssign daily work, monitor technician performance, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous technical development. /li /brliSupport the onboarding and training of new maintenance personnel. /li /brliEnsure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures, safe work practices, and housekeeping standards. /li /brliParticipate in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. /li /brliMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspections, and repair documentation within SAP-PM or other maintenance management systems. /li /brliMonitor spare parts usage and communicate material requirements to maintenance management. /li /brliSupport continuous improvement initiatives, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, and maintenance process optimization efforts. /li /brliCollaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to support operational goals, equipment reliability, and technical improvement initiatives. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brbWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE /b /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /li /brliPrevious supervisory/leadership experience /li /brliStrong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. /li /brliExperience with troubleshooting industrial equipment and coordinating repairs. Electrical , Hydraulics, pneumatics /li /brliFamiliarity with SAP-PM or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred. /li /brliStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /li /brliKnowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices. /li /brliLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
