Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating nationally in the following sectors: Energy, OilGas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppABOUT THE ROLE – Structural Engineer – Modularization (Oil Gas / EPC Projects) /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Structural Engineer with strong experience in modularization to join a complex international EPC project, to be based at the Contractor's premises. /ppbr/ppReporting to the Project Manager, the resource will be responsible for the structural design and verification of industrial plants, with a specific focus on modular structures (skids, prefabricated modules), ensuring compliance with international codes, project specifications, and schedule requirements. /ppbr/ppThe role will support the multidisciplinary project team (layout, piping, process, electrical) by providing structural design, analysis, and technical documentation, enabling efficient coordination between engineering, fabrication, and site execution. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppLocation: Milan (at Contractor's premises) /ppbr/ppStart date: October/November 2026 – through December 2027 /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/pp1. Structural Design Analysis /ppDesign and verify steel structures for industrial plants, with focus on modular/skid structures. /ppConduct structural analysis using FEA-based software in line with international codes. /ppManage structural aspects of process towers and technological steel structures. /ppIdentify and resolve technical challenges ensuring design compliance. /ppbr/pp2. Coordination Detail Design /ppPrepare technical specifications for modular structures. /ppCoordinate with external suppliers' engineering teams for detail design of technological steel structures.



/ppCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams (layout, process, piping, electrical) to meet project milestones within budget and schedule constraints. /ppbr/pp3. Site Fabrication Support /ppProvide technical support during fabrication and erection of modular structures. /ppResolve technical queries and engage directly with Contractor and Client representatives. /ppConduct site inspections to ensure construction adherence to structural drawings. /ppbr/pp4. Reporting Documentation /ppProduce technical reports documenting structural analysis and results. /ppMaintain structural drawings and design documentation in line with project standards. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppProject Scope Interfaces /ppbr/ppKey activities: Yard fabrication, module assembly, structural steel erection, vendor coordination, interface with process/piping/electrical disciplines. /ppChallenges: Coordination of modular design across multiple disciplines, compliance with international codes, tight project schedule. /ppInterfaces: Contractor, Client, vendors, fabrication yards, construction sites, multidisciplinary engineering teams. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppKey Competencies /ppbr/ppStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /ppExcellent communication and coordination abilities. /ppAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /ppHigh attention to detail in structural design and documentation. /ppProactive mindset in identifying and resolving technical challenges. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppRequirements /ppbr/ppMaster's Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited university.



/ppProven experience as Structural Engineer in EPC/industrial plant contexts. /ppDirect, hands-on experience in modularization (design of modular/skid structures) — mandatory. /ppStrong proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, Midas Gen, ETABS, Tekla or equivalent). /ppSolid knowledge of international codes and standards (Eurocodes, AISC, ACI, ASCE). /ppFluent in English (written and spoken). /ppAvailability starting October/November 2026. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppThe salary for this role ranges from €(60.000) to €(80.000) /ppbr/ppThe position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company. /ppbr/ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /ppbr/ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppThe world needs you /ppbr/ppAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
