And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /p pWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Virtual Analysis Engineer is responsible for executing and achieving the virtual crash validation approval. /p ul liTheir activities are carried out in interaction with the following company functions: /li liDesign Units (mainly Body / Chassis / Interiors / Engine systems / PRS), with which they propose and share design interventions to achieve targets /li liSafety Testing areas, with which they share virtual results and ensure consistency with previous experimental experience /li liThe Safety Project Engineer (PE), who acts as the managerial/organizational interface with the project platform /li /ul pThe Virtual Analysis Engineer is responsible for:



/p ul liContributing to the preparation and tuning of Safety calculation models /li liPerforming numerical simulations for the Safety virtual validation plan /li liPreparing summary documentation of the simulations performed /li liProposing and sharing design improvements with engineering teams to achieve Safety targets, in line with cost, weight, and development time constraints /li liEnsuring compliance with all standards, specifications, and calculation best practices /li liGenerating lessons learned and updating related specifications, standards, and best practices /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the FEM modeling phase, participating in the setup and preparation of CAE models for vehicle/subsystems aimed at crash analysis /li liPerform numerical simulations for various safety load cases /li liReview and analyze simulation results in alignment with experimental data and share them with project team, in alignment with SAFETY PE/PPL /li liPrepare appropriate summary documentation of simulations /li liActively support the virtual validation process by proposing and evaluating improvements through simulations /liliShare improvement actions with design teams /li liDevelop calculation methodologies to ensure the appropriate level of specialist expertise /li liPerform benchmarking activities, competitor analysis,



and monitoring of technology and supplier/competitor know-how /li /ul pRequirements: /p ul li2 - 5 years of experience /li liKnowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM) /li liKnowledge of pre-processing and post-processing tools (BetaCAE suite) /li liBasic knowledge of mechanical behavior of materials (metals, polymers, plastics, etc.) /li liFluent spoken and written English /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of homologation test standards and automotive rating protocols /li liBasic knowledge of sheet metal design and stamping processes /li liBasic knowledge of CAD/PLM systems /li liBasic knowledge of LS-Dyna FE code /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of homologation test standards and automotive rating protocols /li liBasic knowledge of sheet metal design and stamping processes /li liBasic knowledge of CAD/PLM systems /li liBasic knowledge of LS-Dyna FE code /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 38.000€ to 45.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
