As the Business Development Manager in Italy, you will lead the multidisciplinary BD team to accelerate growth in distributed generation and energy solutions. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, Legal, Delivery and senior management to deliver competitive, technically sound and financially viable projects. You will drive bid management, financial analyses and stakeholder coordination for PV, BESS, grid upgrades and e-mobility initiatives. You will shape go-to-market strategies and process improvements to support the energy transition.

- Lead and develop the Business Development team with clear priorities and performance goals
- Ensure high-quality commercial offers, tenders and technical proposals across departments
- Support sales in opportunities and lead customer meetings and negotiations
- Oversee bid and proposal preparation, with technical, commercial and contractual reviews
- Supervise technical and financial assessments, business cases, CAPEX estimates and project economics
- Drive product and process development, pricing tools and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Procurement, Engineering, Delivery, Legal and Asset Management
- Prepare reports on pipeline, risks,



margins and market developments for senior management
- Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years in business development, sales, engineering, project management or related functions in renewables
- Experience in EPC, renewable project development or distributed generation
- Knowledge of Italian renewable energy market and regulatory environment
- Experience with utility-scale or C&I; PV and BESS projects
- Familiarity with contractual negotiations, procurement and supplier management
- Strong understanding of distributed generation, PV, BESS, electrical infrastructure and energy services
- Experience managing public tenders and complex commercial proposals
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
