And if that's you we would love to have you join us! /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues. /li liSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems. /li liPerform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards. /li liAnalyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities. /li liDevelop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation. /li liMonitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions. /li liHelp implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. /li liParticipate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects. /li liCoordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment. /li liSupport new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities. /li liCollaborate with Production, Planning, Quality,
