Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this role you will oversee and coordinate all structural and architectural construction activities at site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specs. You will supervise fabrication and erection of steel components and architectural finishes, coordinating with other discipline supervisors. You will ensure drawings alignment and adherence to standards, monitor installation, and manage lifting and assembly of large modules. You will participate in daily coordination, report progress to the Construction Manager, and support punch lists and quality checks. This position contributes to Hill's client-focused delivery on major projects worldwide.Supervise fabrication and erection of structural steel components (decks, trusses, platforms, supports)Ensure alignment, welding, and bolting per drawings and standards (AISC, AWS D1.1, API RP2A)Monitor installation of load-bearing structures and support systemsCoordinate lifting, fit-up, and assembly of large modules/skidsOversee installation of architectural finishes (partitions, flooring,
