ppYour contribution to Prysmian’s Success: /p pWe are looking for a bPlant Maintenance Specialist /b to join our plant in bMerlino (LO). /b /p pReporting directly to the bPlant Maintenance Manager /b , you will: /p ul lipSupport the Maintenance Manager in ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out in line with production objectives and safety standards, ensuring that all activities are performed in compliance with company requirements; /p /li lipPlan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities (planned maintenance, line shutdowns, emergency interventions); /p /li lipMonitor work progress, ensuring compliance with planned timelines and allocated resources; /p /li lipCollaborate with suppliers and external contractors (equipment manufacturers, electricians, etc.) for the execution and supervision of maintenance activities; /p /li lipContribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance and Health, Safety Environment (HSE) procedures; /p /li lipSupport the training of maintenance personnel on operating procedures and company standards; /p /li lipWork closely with area managers to coordinate and schedule plant maintenance activities; /p /li lipManage the issuance of purchase requisitions for materials and services (electrical and mechanical) and enter purchase orders into the SAP system; /p /li lipSupport the organization and management of technical warehouses (electrical and mechanical); /p /li lipProvide support in the management of new projects and plant modifications; /p /li lipParticipate in the development and management of digital tools for maintenance management (breakdown ticketing systems); /p /li lipMonitor and analyze key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTTF, MTBF) to improve plant efficiency; /p /li lipCommunicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality and delivery lead times. /p /li /ul h3You are the right fit if you have/are : /h3 ul lipFluent in English and Italian.
